How 2FA works

At Mundi, we want to make sure your information is secure. That's why, as of 04/30/2024, we're adding an extra layer of protection called Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to our platform. This helps prevent unauthorized access, protects your data and your company's financial interests.

How does the two-factor authentication process work in Mundi?
The operation is very simple, we will tell you about it below:
  1. When you enter the platform with your email and password.
  2. We send you a verification code to the email address you are trying to enter.
  3. We ask you to enter the code we send to your email.
  4. If the code you entered matches the one we sent you or it has not expired yet, you will be able to login successfully.

Frequently Asked Questions:

How the collaborators work

Here we explain how to invite new users:

  1. Go to the Account Settings section of the platform
  2.  Then click on the Manage Account option
  3.  To invite your collaborators, click on the Invite Collaborator button, enter their email address and user profile within the platform.
  4. The invited person will receive an email with a button that will allow him/her to register in the Mundi platform. Once done, he/she will be ready to use the platform.

Why do we incorporate 2FA into the login flow for Mundi?

  1. Enhanced security: 2FA reduces the risk of unauthorized access, protecting the company's important data.
  2. User management: Facilitates tracking of each user's activities, promoting transparency in operations.
  3. Financial protection: Prevents fraudulent transactions, safeguarding the company's economic interests.
